Our pictorial directory is now online. Click here (http://www.iconcmo.com/login/) for the host's welcome page, click where indicated to reach the login page.  At the login page, enter the TUUC office phone number without any punctuation (2534744646), then enter the personal Username and Password that the Membership Committee assigned to you (that you may change once you're logged in).

If you're successful, you'll see a horizontal menu under your name.  The item on the right is "Church Directory" that you may click on to access the directory.  Other menu items will show you the church's information about your household, members of your household, and your financial contribution information. If changes or corrections are needed in your information, send an email to the church and Mike Field, our administrator, will make the change.  You also may click "Security Settings" to change you Username and Password.   Click here for a PDF copy of the instruction sheet that the Membership Committee prepared when rolling-out the online directory.

Our objective is to enter a digital photo for every household in the online directory.  If yours is not yet entered, please arrange with Membership Committee members Barbara Tripp or Frank Rodriguez to have your photo taken before or after a Sunday service.

Printed directories continue to be available either through the church office or Barbara Tripp, Membership Committee chair. The online directory, however, will be as current as each of you keeps it.

TUUC's Annual Congregational Meeting was held on December 14, 2008. The following actions were taken:

• Approved minutes of the most recen Membership Meeting, held in June 2008;
• Elected Beth Bricker, Darla Brunnquell, Bill Christiansen, and Eric Wuersten as new board members and elected Susan Kunkel as 2009 President of the congregation;
• Approved a change in our Articles of Incorporation on file with the Washington Secretary of State to  change our true corporate name from "Unitarian Association of Tacoma" (since 1944) to "Tahoma Unitarian Universalist Congregation";
• Authorize the New Building Committee to spend up to $45,000.00 from the Building Fund for expenses associated with the building process (and preparing our current building for resale) that might occur during the first six months of 2009;
• Approved retaining at the end of 2008 unspent funds of $3,500 in the General Fund, rather than transferring all unspent funds from the General Fund to the Reserve Fund, and expending those retained funds pursuant to the General Fund's 2009 budget; and
• Adopted the 2009 Annual Budget as proposed by the board of directors (click here to download it).
